The Submitter alleges that Peru has not effectively enforced the U.S. – Peru Trade Promotion Agreement by approving Supreme Decree Nº 122-2018-PCM, that approves to move the Agency for Supervision of Forest Resources and Wildliofe (OSINFOR) from the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) to the Ministry of Environment (MINAM).
